thought that he can't stay unemployed for much longer, so he took the test to
join the army.
Other interesting facts: Wayne Douglas didn’t wait for others to come
to him to give him a job, He went to look for it him self.

· Masters degree from Westminster university
Ethnic background: mixed race British
The most important moments in your career: Captain Lyon Ayo worked for two years in the counter-terrorist unit and travelling around the world. He also spent a year in Paris for the military attache.
Other interesting facts: at the age of 30 he is responsible for recruiting people from ethnic minorities for the whole of the British army.
